Ghost in the Shell had a notable presence at TGS for two reasons!
The first had to do with the online first-person shooter based on the StandAlone Complex world from Nexon which was also announced to be coming to North America.
The second revolved around Production I.G's announcement that they were making VR movies, and Ghost in the Shell would be one of them, arriving as a 10-minute short film for the Oculus Rift through Google's PlayStore! See here for more info.
It was shown off at TGS and some people managed to capture photos of it in action, and it looks mighty impressive!
