Where can you find 'The Hobbit' in HFR 3-D?

'HFR 3-D' stands for High Frame Rate 3-D. Peter Jacksons' 'The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey' is the first major film to release in theaters that was shot at 48 frames per second! Double that of the 24 frames per second film standard!

It will certainly be a different experience for anyone who is used to the current standard of film-making. And the added frames will also reputedly make the 3-D experience much smoother and easier for viewers!

Anyone interested in checking out the Hobbit in this format can find a list of theaters in Canada at the Cineplex Odeon link below. Not all theaters will have the projectors capable for this, but I'm sure as time goes by it'll become more common!
