Toronto’s only free theatre festival is celebrating the work of young and emerging artists, primarily those who are 21 and under. They provide application-based opportunities to learn more about theatre creation. This year is their 10th anniversary!The festival takes place from March 18-26, 2011 at the Tarragon Theatre Studios:
