The 2nd Eva remake/reimagining movie is preparing to release on blu-ray in Japan and it will have new scenes and be of better quality than the theaterical cut. The first film has already been released in North America and if you want my advice, either get the 2nd DVD version with the better quality, or just get the blu-ray version as that's always the best with all the extras!
