Here's a big preview of the game from the English dubbed Gamescom 2016 demo released by Square Enix. The game's release was unfortunately delayed until the end of November due to the fact that Square Enix would've needed to release a very large day-1 patch and felt it was better to hold the game back so that these fixes would be in the final retail version. Hence, the footage you are seeing is still a work-in-progress.
The demo seems to begin right at the start of the game including showing off a bit of 'Episode 0' that Square Enix was teasing as a surprise. The video has been edited to cut out major story portions and revelations as well as for time, so while spoilers are very minimal, anyone wanting to experience the game 'fresh' might be better off avoiding it. But with all that said, it does look pretty good!
