A new challenger is here, and in a bit of an oddity it's Cloud from Final Fantasy VII. It's been noted that aside from some minor FF spin-off titles, there are no FFVII or Cloud specific games on Nintendo platforms. But who knows? Maybe the FFVII remake is coming to the NX too?
