Silicon Studio, the Japanese independent game development house is known recently for helping Square Enix out on the 3DS title Bravely Default, as well as helping provide middle-ware for Final Fantasy XV. In a video intended as a hiring ad, they showed off a glimpse at their next-gen engine with a real time tech demo. It's short and rather nice with impressive lighting.
