A new Gundam entry will begin airing in Japan in Febuary 2010. Gundam Unicorn is a sequel to Char's Counterattack featuring the characters from the very first Gundam series! The old school character and mechanical design styles have been retained and brought to life with great new animation! The new series will be a 6-Episode OVA. You can view a new trailer for it here:
